Plum Creek History

In 1999, home construction started in a new kind of neighborhood in Kyle. Located 20 minutes south of downtown Austin, just west of IH 35 and north of downtown Kyle, Plum Creek is the embodiment of the traditional neighborhood with front porches, alleys, and narrow tree-lined streets. So far, over 2000 families have decided to call Plum Creek home.

Plum Creek is the first affordable, master-planned, mixed-use community in Kyle, Texas. There is an on-site school elementary school, a 30-acre lake, two community swimming pools, numerous parks with playscapes, and miles of hike and bike trails, located near an 18-hole public golf course. All are designed to create an atmosphere that encourages residents to be a part of a vibrant community.

New Buyers- Goodwin and Company will mail and email (if provided by the title company) a new owner welcome letter with HOA account information. No payments can be submitted until the new account has been created.
